Being a yoga teacher I meet many people and very often what I hear from their sharing are the most incredible, projects, creative ideas and dreams.

I can see their uniqueness and the beautiful opportunities available in their lives, even with a strong intention things are hard to manifest, why?

In order for things to manifest, becoming concrete/ solid transforming from the element of air - where mind allows thoughts and ideas to come into surface - into the element of earth - where creation can take place with the element of earth and water - the only thing we need is a solid ground and the nurturing that comes with it.

Creation and creativity are two similar things, both equally important to create the life we deserve.

Creativity comes from our imagination, it enables the mind to see things that are needed and already available around us to let creation take place.

Creation is the manifestation of our creativity.

Other thing necessary is Focus, Direction, having an idea of what we want helps the mind to find what we need to move forward in life.

Whether you know or not what you want in life, being grounded is the base, our path is on this planet, when we are ungrounded and detached from the physical body, it's very unlikely to have a direction in life allowing the seeds we plant to grow and blossom.

Please Collect your Yoga Mat at the Reception and Return it when you Leave.

Wear soft Comfortable Clothing, bring a Water Bottle, mats, cushions and blankets are provided.
