Nathalie Rasing is a yoga teacher who is fulfilling her purpose of guiding others to a closer connection with their body, heart and soul. She hosts a weekly yoga nidra podcast and online yoga practice program.
She is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Teacher and practitioner of Tibetan Energetic Healing.
Nathalie will take you on a yoga nidra journey where you will gradually descend to the deepest core of your self: to find your inner fountain of peace and wellbeing.

PAZ is a devotional singer and recording artist offering sacred music through inspirational concerts, workshops and online courses.
With over 20 years of mantra meditation practice and studies in Buddhist Philosophy, she takes you into a profound chanting journey from the restless mind to the silence of your own heart.
The Wong Janice
The Wong Janice is an ambient new-age music producer and cellist based in Amsterdam creating cello journeys for meditation, relaxation and sleep.
Combining 10 years of classical music training with her studies in Vipassana meditation, Janice will take you on a 30-minute journey of deep cello vibrations and sweeping cello melodies that will leave you feeling more grounded and emotionally connected.
