A minimum of 3 people are required for this event to proceed. Maximum for a group is 6 to ensure quality tuituin. Fran will refund if it is postponed.

The activities to be undertaken include: learning how to relate features on maps and on the ground to each other, taking it in turns to read a map and follow an agreed route, learning how to judge distance both estimating and accurately and understand compasses and learning how to take bearings.

We will be on a mixture of tracks and off track terrain mainly in the open. We cover around 5 miles in the day in open countryside and woodland areas.
