Beth yw DEEP?

Mae DEEP yn ddull cydgynhyrchu o gasglu, archwilio, a defnyddio mathau amrywiol o dystiolaeth mewn dysgu a datblygu gan ddefnyddio dulliau stori a deialog.

Y sesiwn
Mae hon yn sesiwn beilot. Byddwn yn archwilio cryfderau a chyfyngiadau Mapio Effaith Crychdonni. Byddwn yn trafod rhai o'r gwahanol ffyrdd y gellir ei ddefnyddio, a byddwn yn siarad trwy'r camau allweddol a gynhwysir fel arfer. Mae Natalie Coates-Pryor o Hwb Cydlynu Arloesi Rhanbarthol Gogledd Cymru (RIC) yn cyd-hwyluso'r sesiwn a bydd yn rhannu ei phrofiad a'i dysgu o ddefnyddio REM.

Pwy allai elwa o'r sesiwn?

Bydd y sesiwn o fudd i bobl sydd eisiau cynnal gwerthusiadau cyfranogol. Bydd hefyd o ddiddordeb i arweinwyr tîm a darparwyr sydd eisiau dysgu am fath gwahanol o werthuso â all ddal stori fwy cyflawn eu gwasanaeth neu dîm a'i gyflawniadau. Sesiwn beilot yw hon ac felly bydd cyfle i’r mynychwyr siapio'r sesiwn ar gyfer mynychwyr y dyfodol.

Gwerthuso cyfranogol
Mae gwerthuso cyfranogol yn cynnwys grŵp o bobl yn dod at ei gilydd i rannu'r dysgu am yr hyn sy'n gweithio'n dda ac nad yw mor dda. Yna mae'r grŵp yn penderfynu beth ddylai digwydd nesaf.

Mae Mapio Effaith Crychdonni yn ddull gwerthuso cyfranogol strwythuredig, er y gellir ei ddefnyddio hefyd ar gyfer datblygu ymarfer. Mae'n dod â phobl at ei gilydd mewn gweithdy i archwilio pa effeithiau y mae rhaglen neu wasanaeth yn ei gyflawni. Gellir ei ddefnyddio i lywio gwaith yn y dyfodol yn ogystal ag ar ddiwedd rhaglen ar gyfer gwerthuso.

Pilot session: an introduction to Ripple Effect Mapping

3 February 9.30-12.30 (online) Free

What is DEEP?

DEEP is a co-production approach to gathering, exploring, and using diverse types of evidence in learning and development using story and dialogue-based methods.

The session

This is a pilot session. We will explore the strengths and limitations of Ripple Effect Mapping. We will cover some of the different ways it can be used, and we will talk through the key steps normally included. Natalie Coates-Pryor from the North Wales Regional Innovation Coordination (RIC) Hub is co-facilitating the session and will share her experience and learning from using REM.

Who might benefit from the session?

The session will benefit people who want to undertake participatory evaluations. It will also be of interest to team leads and providers who want to learn about a different form of evaluation that can capture the fuller story of their service or team and its achievements. This is a pilot session and so attendees will have the opportunity to finesse the session for future attendees.

Participatory evaluation

Participatory evaluation involves a group of people coming together to share the learning about what is working well and not so well. The group then decide what should happen next.

Ripple Effect Mapping is a participatory evaluation method

Ripple Effect Mapping is a structured participatory evaluation approach, though it can also be used for practice development. It brings people together in a workshop to explore what impacts a programme or service is achieving. It can be used to inform future work as well as at the end of a programme for evaluation.
