Maps and Memories Cafe

About this event

The Maps and Memories Cafe aims to bring people into a warm space to enjoy tea, coffee, cakes, biscuits, and good chat about memories and history in the area. We will bring large prints of various historic maps and photographs for people to tell us about how things have changed, what they remember, and any memories they have of their life and childhood. We want to capture people's stories so they can be heard and provide a warm place to get together during the cold dark months!

Feel free to bring your own mementos or photographs if you would like!

This a FREE event open to all ages and is perfect for anyone who wants to meet friends and find aout about the history of their area through maps.
