Join us for a tour of Marble Hall, the latest addition to the Connect Derby portfolio of managed workspaces, which is based in the iconic former Rolls-Royce building in the Osmaston area of the city.
Take a walk around one of the city’s best known landmarks and one of the first to see the results of its recent £4m transformation into an impressive community hub with a vibrant managed workspace facility.
Marble Hall is the first venture for Connect in the Community, which aims to attract and support new start-ups and growing businesses to the area in order to meet the needs of both Derby’s disadvantaged communities and the Derby economy as a whole.
Accommodation will include 42 high specification offices, ranging in size from 100 ft2 to 800 ft2 and including a penthouse suite. Marble Hall will also include a nursery, meeting rooms and a café.
Businesses based at Marble Hall will benefit from the usual range of services offered by Connect Derby, including superfast broadband, as well as a unique package of business support and mentoring.
The building is the centre-piece of Derby City Council’s Osmaston Regeneration Partnership in the heart of the Osmaston transformational Regeneration Zone.
