Event description
Marcus Antonius

About this event

The life of Mark Antony, one of Shakespeare's most dramatic and magnetic leading men, is so often overshadowed by the great figures whose history he shares - Julius Caesar and Cleopatra - but his remarkable and revolutionary story is given the full spotlight here, performed entirely by two actors whose innovative changes show the many sides of this fascinating figure.

All audience members will be required to adhere to all current COVID government guidelines, at time of performance, including but not limited to social distancing and mask wearing.

Venue is wheelchair accessible.

Children under 12 can be admitted with their parents, but be aware the performance portrays some harsh historical themes featured in the play such as warfare, adultery and murder.

Stephen - a singer & storyteller - and Sandra - a writer & model - are the magical Glastonbury -based His & Hers Theatre Company, producing and pérforming old favourites and new original works for diverse audiences across Somerset and beyond.
