Event description
Join the 2018/19 Bartlett Architectural History MA cohort for their symposium ‘Marginalia’ and its accompanying publication launch.

About this Event

‘Marginalia’ will feature a wide range of presentations by graduating Architectural History MA students explaining the topics and methods they engaged with whilst writing their dissertations, along with contributions from international keynote speakers.

The symposium focuses on the alternative, unofficial and often ignored subjects, practices and methods relevant to architectural history. The day will be structured into four panels discussing four themes: technology, post colonialism, urbanism and British architecture.

Contributors include:

Orit Halpern (Concordia University, Montréal)

Stephen Walker (Manchester School of Architecture)

Luke Jones (The Cass School of Architecture, London Metropolitan University)
