Do I need to reserve a place?

We do have limited spaces available, so please do book your place to ensure we have capacity. Reserving a space will also ensure you’re sent the invite link to the session.

How do I join the session?

Once you have booked a place, you will get access to the Eventbrite online event page. A link to access the event will be provided here before the event day. Click this link a few minutes before the start time to join in time.

How do I Access Teams?

You can join via a web browser or mobile app. You may need to download the Teams app and sign in or register to join so please test this in good time before the event starts.

I have registered for the event, but I can no longer attend, do I need to cancel my ticket?

We do have limited space, so if you can no longer attend the event, please do make sure you cancel your order through Eventbrite as soon as possible. This allows us to accommodate others who are interested in attending.
