Another way to register for regular Marjorie's Table Workshops, 7:30-8am each Wednesday, with the link to a recording of the session dropping into your email inbox by 9am. This Eventbrite registration is by season, with the current 4 month block covering the weekly workshop from September - December 2025 for £30.
Alternatively, register via Substack for a rolling monthly subscription, fuller emails with links to poems, prompts and craft notes following each session. The current Substack subscription price for Marjorie's Table is £5 per month, but will rise to £7 per month from early September. (Subscribers prior to the September rise will remain at £5 per month price.)
More about Marjorie's Table Workshops: We pack a lot into these half-hour sessions: a warm up, looking at two or three poems by the same poet, a few notes on craft and then time to write to two separate prompts, with a third prompt to take away at the end of the session. The cumulative craft notes across these workshops are intended to support your editing practice, so that you can consider the decisions other writers make in shaping your own work. So far this year, around 1500 people have written live at these workshops and 2000 more have watched the Marjorie’s Table recordings.
