Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Byram Arcade has two entrances, both are wheelchair accessible. The lobby area is accessible, but there is only one accessible entrance to the inside of Arcade. The workshop will be in the upstairs space, but can be adjusted to make the workshop more accessible for everyone.

What is the refund policy.

At this moment in time we can not give refunds once the tickets are purchase. Apologies if this may cause any inconvenience.

What are the complimentary food and drinks option?

Food: The savoury option will be a VG Hummus Focaccia served on a canapé plate. Drinks: there will be coffee and variety tea options for hot drinks & Steep Soda.co soda drinks (variety of flavours) for cold drinks.
