Before the programme you will receive a courtesy call from a marketing expert to establish the strengths and weaknesses in your marketing plan and see how we can help. Sessions will look at the customer, the contract, the job, customer satisfaction, customer retention and how to get the most of your team. On competition of the course you will know what marketing is and how you can use your new skills to grow your business and create a loyal client base. Tutors are available for 1-1 follow up discussions and advice.
