How to Master Exhibitions
The world is changing and ‘we’ are craving authentic human connection. Exhibitions are experiencing a bit of a boom as businesses and visitors seek connection. They provide the best opportunity to supercharge your prospect list, accelerate your sales process, fast track your relationships and can provide huge return on investment. But they have to be done correctly! When they are done correctly, they are the single most powerful activity you could do to grow your business.
This session goes through some Exhibition Mastery basics, including the Exhibition Lifecycle, that are relevant to your business whether you are exhibiting or not. You will leave with actionable tools and tips that you can take away to implement to start taking advantage of Exhibition Mastery techniques that will help grow your business and your business value.
Who should attend: Anyone that is exhibiting or thinking about exhibiting at any size exhibition over the next 12 months.
Who am I?
I am Steve Lloyd and I love exhibitions. Over the last twenty years or so, I have gained huge experience in how to successfully run exhibitions for exhibitors and collated it all to call it Exhibition Mastery. In lockdown one, I incorporated Exhibition Mastery Ltd. My sanity was questioned! My thinking - “exhibitors were bad before being locked down, they will be worse when it ends!”. I was right! Since then, I have worked with, pre-dominantly small, growing businesses to improve their exhibiting results and make every penny spent on exhibitions worth it. I now work with event and exhibition companies to improve the experience for their exhibitors and their sales process to maximise their efforts in exhibiting. I am a family man, musician, love a practical projectand think that shoes should always been clean and shiny - Hence my tag line, “Go shine your shoes and make an exhibition of yourself”
