The role of analysis within a business, why it’s important and some useful core techniques plus how to carry out a robust SWOT Analysis, a technique that is often not fully understood
Delegates will take part in a short exercise using these methods
- Forecasting & Projections
Looks at the different TOOLS and TECHNIQUES one can adopt to produce a forecast, as well as useful hints and tips around how to ‘sell’ your forecasts within your organisation
Work through some simple examples of the different approaches
There are a number of local pay & display car parks within a short walking distant of the event.
