Planning is one of the most important parts of getting your Marketing right but often an area which is overlooked.
Some people believe Marketing is just about selling, creating promotional material or advertising, but it is far more than that.
Analysing your company's performance, be that versus your competitors or internal targets, and producing business forecasts and projections are just some of the key elements of great Marketing Planning.
- Conduct Robust Market Analysis
- Produce Realistic Forecasts
The workshop has been designed in such a way that it doesn’t matter whether you are in Sales, Marketing, General Management or indeed Finance. The frameworks and techniques discussed are generic and as such are applicable regardless of which part of an organisation you work in.
- Analysis & SWOT
The role of analysis within a business, why it’s important and some useful core techniques plus how to carry out a robust SWOT Analysis, a technique that is often not fully understood
Delegates will take part in a short exercise using these methods
- Forecasting & Projections
Looks at the different TOOLS and TECHNIQUES one can adopt to produce a forecast, as well as useful hints and tips around how to ‘sell’ your forecasts within your organisation
Work through some simple examples of the different approaches
There are a number of local pay & display car parks within a short walking distant of the event.
Teas, coffees and water will be provided during the course of the morning.
