The workshop has been designed in such a way that it doesn’t matter whether you are in Sales, Marketing, General Management or indeed Finance. The frameworks and techniques discussed are generic and as such are applicable regardless of which part of an organisation you work in.

A framework to illustrate the relationship between costs, prices & profit so that delegates can better appreciate how these fit together and how different elements can influence the profitability in their own organisations
Includes an exercise which helps make this real.
- Analysis & SWOT
How to do analysis the right way, why it’s important and some useful core techniques plus how to carry out a robust SWOT Analysis, a technique that is often not fully understood
Delegates will take part in a short exercise using these methods
