"An inspirational and thought provoking day. We learnt, analysed, critiqued, discussed, debated and laughed (a lot). Leaving me with a different view on what is important in advertising, and understanding how making a change can really impact on ROI."
Talia Findlay, Digital Marketing Manager, Wiltshire Farm Foods
Create more effective campaigns aimed at women
Women make or influence more than 80% of purchases yet various studies highlight that women are at best dissatisfied or at worst angry with the advertising that is aimed at them. What a scandalous waste of advertising investment!
Discover how to tap into female culture in ways that will help you to create better brand awareness, loyalty and increased sales.
We'll show you how to maximise your future communications investments by:
- Understanding how subconscious perceptions affect the way we communicate
- Avoiding cliched stereotypes can be damaging for brands
- Evaluating current advertising campaigns that are getting it wrong, and right
- Learning how to earn her trust
- Creating gender savvy briefing tools
- Using our Fem-o-meter tool to evaluate creative executions
- Creative exercises that will make you re-evaluate the ways you communicate with women
- Tools designed to help you deliver more effective communications that will truly connect with the feelings and values of women today
Who should attend:

- Brand/marketing directors and managers
- Agency planners, account team and creatives
"The day was packed with really useful, practical information including the Fem-o-meter (creative evaluation tool) and a great section on the relationship of the brand with the consumer - especially from the initial brief"
Jenny Rice, Marketing Manager, BSKYB, A+E Networks UK
