This half-day session, designed for creative business (in arts, design or media) who must be based in the West Midlands, offers an intense workshop combining presentation, paired exercises and group discussion. This focuses in detail on understanding and communicating your offer and mapping and targeting markets, and provides a brief introduction to marketing planning.

The session is led by Lucy Rumble, freelance strategic marketer experienced in business development, marketing communications strategy, developing marketing orientation, managing and delivering campaigns and partner management. Lucy has worked extensively in the cultural, education and non-profit sectors as well as with small businesses.
This is a free event but places are limited so please reserve your space. This event is managed by Creative Enterprise and part funded by Coventry University and ERDF.
The cost of this course is fully subsidised by European funding and as such there is no course fee payable for participants.
