Information and data are everywhere. This course will teach you how to use and analyze data for lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
In this course, we will focus on how to use data to improve your lead generation efforts and manage your sales and marketing pipeline. We will go through the entire customer buying cycle: from understanding your audience, choosing your vehicle, managing your campaign, qualifying leads to customer conversion and retention. You will start sourcing data, making business decisions based on data-analysis and build upon your customer focused mindset.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to be data specialist or a programmer to start harvesting value in data. This will be a hands-on approach workshop where we will explore different tools and methods. We will work together to improve your lead generation and campaign effectiveness through a combination of interactive exercises and computer work.
After the workshop you will be able to:
- Work in a hypothesis-based, data-driven manner.
- Define and use meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build a data strategy for your project.
- Manage a sales and marketing funnel, including measuring impact and forecasting methods.
- Construct your own research method that you will be able to easily apply to other projects.
- Have a structured map about what to monitor in Google analytics reports and other tools.
We will start by defining metrics and creating your data strategy. You will learn to manage a sales and marketing pipeline and optimize the effectiveness of your campaign. You will construct your own research methods using online tools in class so that you can identify your audience, deliver an impactful campaign and generate leads that you can convert into revenue. You will learn to evaluate and use different marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, MailChimp and more to generate leads and manage your sales pipeline.
