Description

The Centre for Applied Social Research (Univeristy of Nottingham) are pleased to introduce Martin Webber who will be presenting on: "Introducing the Connecting People Intervention: Supporting isolated people to enhance the resourcefulness of their networks”.

Martin Webber is the Chair in Social Work at the University of York, the Director of the International Centre for Mental Health Social Research, a Senior Fellow of the NIHR School for Social Care Research and the Academic Lead for Making Research Count at York. He is a registered social worker with experience of working with adults with a learning disability and mental health problems, he is passionate about achieving social change through high quality social work and social care practice with vulnerable and marginalised people.
