Loren Coote, Head Pastry Chef of the Sandbanks Hotel is returning to demonstrate at Cook at Purewell. This time teaching you how to make a variety of Marvellous Mousses!

Loren will show you how to make and present Chocolate Mousse Teardrops, Lemon Crème fraîche Mousse with Mango and Lemongrass Compôte and Raspberry Delice. Sounds AMAZING!
