Completing this application for tickets implies that you give your consent for the Masjid-e-Umer Trust to retain your details for 21 days and provide them to relevant authorities in the event that they are required for tracing purposes.

Please Note:

• If you feel unwell or have any of the symptoms of Covid-19, stay at home
• The Masjid will only have limited spaces. Please return home if asked to do so
• There are no wudhu facilities. Please attend in the state of wudhu
• Please bring your own prayer mat
• Bring a bag for your shoes and keep them with you
• Wear a face covering
• Follow social distancing rules
• Use sanitiser when entering and exiting the building
• Pray only in designated areas
• Avoid all physical contact
• Walk in and out as guided by appointed volunteers
• Do not gather or crowd outside the Masjid
