The emotional and psychological health of staff at all times, not just in a crisis. Amrita is committed to supporting you in finding your own strategies, tools and coping mechanisms so that you can continue working in such difficult circumstances.
This virtual workshops is a one-day commitment which will support you in the first steps of designing your own Wellbeing journey in way that is best suited for you. The day will involve, teaching, break-out room work, networking and facilitated discussions.
This scheme and content has been developed and compiled by Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee in a manner to suit the needs of healthcare professionals returning to work.
