Dr Saiju Jacob is a Consultant Neurologist at the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. He is the current Clinical Service Lead and is also the Training Programme Director for Neurology at the West Midlands Deanery. He runs twice weekly Supraregional Neuroimmunology clinics at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and is the Clinical Lead for the Neuroimmunology laboratories at the University of Birmingham Medical School.

Dr Jacob is an Honorary Reader at the Institute of Immunology and Immunotherapeutic at the University of Birmingham and holds an active teaching and research portfolio. He is the chief/principal investigator for several international clinical trials in the field of Neuroimmunology and is also involved in laboratory evaluation of autoimmune encephalitis, stiff person syndrome, Susac's syndrome and various other antibodies affecting the central and peripheral nervous system. He holds the Deputy Divisional Lead as well as Neurology Clinical Research Specialist Lead positions at the National Institute of Health Research, Clinical Research Network (NIHR CRN), West Midlands.

Dr Jacob serves as invited faculty and speaker for several national and international organisations/meetings and is also a reviewer for many peer-reviewed journals and grant applications.

Dr Gregor Russell is a Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, and is the Trust's Director of Research and Development. He also holds a position as Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Division of Neuroscience and Experimental Psychology at the University of Manchester, with research interests including complex visual hallucinations, and psychological interventions in dementia"

Dr Anitha Mukundan is a consultant psychiatrist with nearly twenty five years’ experience in psychiatry. She has been working as a consultant psychiatrist with Bradford district care NHS foundation trust for the last 10 years. Her special interest is in neurodevelopmental disorders and she runs the adult ADHD service in the trust. She is actively involved in research and is the personal investigator for a number of research studies in the trust including the PIPP2 study(Prevalence of Pathogenic Antibodies in Psychosis). She has personal experience of working with patients with suspected auto immune encephalitis.
