Master Client Services: Panel Debate (Edinburgh)
Tue, February 21, 2017, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM GMT
An event exclusively for agency owners
Full Service, Digital, Creative, Brand, Content, Marketing, PR, SEO, Design, Video, Search, Social Media, UX
Following the success of the inaugural Scottish Agency Collective event in November 2016, due to popular demand we are back in Auld Reekie.
With hubs around the UK: Including London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Reading and Bristol, we now have over 300 agency owner members across the UK.
What you'll get out of this session:
You've surely been there before when you simply click with your client. Suddenly they trust you and you have the freedom to deliver exceptional work that pushes the boundaries of what was not possible before. Most importantly that kind of relationship helps take your clients' business to the next level.
You probably also have experienced the other side of the spectrum, when a client relationship has broken down. We'll discuss the topic of Client Services in detail so that you can return to your agency the next day and immediately take action to do stuff better this year.
2. The client's perspective
Tara McGregor-Woodhams, Head of Communications, PR and Digital at Aegon, who will share her thoughts on what makes a great agency / client relationship. She'll also share some stories of where things have not gone well in the past with agencies and how we can learn from those f*** ups.
3. The agency owner's perspective
Jackie Arnott-Raymond (Front Page)
Iain Valentine (Whitespace)
Ian McAteer (The Union)
will share their experiences of how they have built successful agencies; the challenges, the mistakes, what keeps them awake at night and their valuable learnings.
4. The agency growth experts perspective
Daniel de la Cruz, Partner & Managing Director at The Agency Collective,
and Mark Probert, Consultant Finance Director at Cact.us "The Agency Growth Hackers" and Ambassador to The Agency Collective
will share their insight into how the UK's leading agencies are growing their businesses.
5. You'll be an active part of the discussion
This is your chance to ask your peers how they manage client relationships, how often do they over deliver, do they charge for that, how do you pass on the relationship from yourself to your team, etc.
Our experience has shown that our members grow 30% faster on average than agency owners who don't regularly talk to their peers. Let's face it, if someone has already done the mistakes for you so why waste time doing them yourself.
As always, this event is FREE to attend for all Agency Collective members and their guests.
We also have a membership promotion for Scottish agencies running at the moment, that will get you in for FREE.
