Networking is a strategy to reveal more opportunities and more possibilities. Networking is nothing more than getting to know people. Whether you realise it or not, you’re already networking every day and everywhere you go. You're networking when you strike up a conversation with the person next to you in line, meet a friend of a friend or stop to chat with your neighbour.
Networking starts with a mindset and an intention to discover, explore, and be open to what you may encounter.

In 2014, Tim and Guthrie, both 6th Form teachers, thought there must be easier ways for fellow teachers to support their students making applications to apprenticeships, work and university. So Exploria.co.uk was born.
Two years later, they realised the same difficulties existed for schools at the transition between Year 11 and 6th Form. Admissions+ was launched to make this process easier to manage too.
Exploria and Admissions+ are part of the Applicaa family. The mission of Applicaa is to prepare young people for life after school, and help schools to grow their students and grow their schools.
