Session 2: Deep Diving into your Customers
As a business, understanding who you want to sell your product or services to is ground zero; the most important part of building an effective marketing plan.
Within this session, we’ll look at research methods to perform online and offline, the right questions to ask from your existing or future customers and how to build a customer persona complete with motivations, hopes, interests, problems and gains.
We will look at how this information impacts on all areas of your business such as branding, content marketing strategy and your SEO strategy.
