Master Your Splits Masterclass

Together, we’ll explore gentle yet powerful techniques that blend flexibility and mobility to create real progress and lasting in your front, middle splits and pancake.

About the masterclass:

You’ll be guided through movements that release the hips, lengthen the hamstrings, soften the hip flexors, and awaken the adductors - giving you the tools to find ease in your front, pancake, and middle splits.

The live masterclass supports a larger programme called 'The Art of Splits' designed to help you develop your front, middle splits and pancake stretch with step by step guidance and progression. This session will each carefully target your specific muscle/group.

  • A fun and effective specific targeted timed sessions at a pace that suits you
  • Designed to provide you with step-by-step building blocks to help get started or advance your practice
  • The supportive community designed to help your accountability
  • Access to an early bird price of joining the programme afterwards. It includes the plan, live classes, accountability and additional sessions in the app which can be used on IOS, Android or web browser.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • x2 blocks or cushions (additional blocks or cushions may also be needed)
  • Booty band (optional)
  • Strap (or jumper if you don't have one)
  • Weights 2-4kg to start and heavier if you are use to loaded (1lt Water bottle = 1kg) - If you are injured or recovering body weight is fine!

Whether you're a beginner or already on your journey, the masterclass will kickstart your enthusiasm - all while fitting into your busy schedule

About the teacher:

Hi there, my name is Pip. With 19 years of experience teaching and also running the UK’s former AcroYoga studio, AcroYogaDance, I’ve helped thousands overcome self-doubt and achieve the extraordinary. Combining expertise in yoga, Pilates, flexibility, dance, and acrobatics, I’ve developed a step-by-step method you can follow at home. If conflicting advice has you overwhelmed, I’ll guide you with a clear path to reaching, developing and creating lasting change in your splits and flexibility goals.

Frequently asked questions

Is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! It's perfect for beginners! It might be a bit challenging at first and encourage to listen to your body, but totally achievable.

I have an injury, can I still come?

Honestly, it depends on the injury. If you have a hamstring injury - it is recommended that you rest. You will know if it is for you and please reach out to me if you have any concerns hello@pipelysium.com

This is a donation based masterclass, how much do I pay?

Honestly, it's up to you. I want you to come to experience the masterclass to show you what is possible and with my hope you will continue. If you are feel to donate - what you would normally pay for a class, £15 is a recommendation.

I saw you have to have weights - is this a requirement?

No! The weights is part of the loaded stretching and if you don't have them or working with an injury you can use body weight. If you are unsure about the weight, you can start low (2kg) but its recommended to start around 4kg and build up.
