Simon Robey is the joint Interim Head of Supportive Care at St Joseph's Hospice.

Title: Building community resilience in East London

DESCRIPTION

Our Namaste Care and Compassionate Neighbours projects are building effective and inspirational networks of community partners working together for a better London. This master class will share good practice in compassionate community models of care and support.

Participants will:

  • Learn about compassionate community models of care and support

  • Receive tips on how to develop their own Namaste Care and Compassionate Neighbour models of community support.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Anyone from within the hospice sector or involved with community organisations. This master class would also be relevant for people working with Clinical Commissioning Groups, social enterprises and any carers’ organisations.
