Mon 3 April 2017, 09:00 – 12:00 BST
For many small businesses the ability to identify and win new business is a massive challenge - and one largely increased through a lack of confidence or experience when it comes to "the art of selling".
This masterclass is aimed at helping those responsible for executing business development and sales in SME business to develop a greater appreciation and understanding of some simple principles that can help to transform how you see the sales process, how you apply yourself to this and how you can develop long term, profitable relationships with your customers.
There will be an introduction to the ‘highlights’ such as: -
‘The makeup of an ideal salesperson’ – what do they do that I don't?
‘Why do customers buy?’ – develop an appreciation of the factors that influence a sale
- ‘The Buying Journey’ – understand the steps in the buying process and appreciate the relevance to your long term business success
- 'Differentiating yourself from competition' - why this is important and how to do it
