“He’s got a brain the size of a planet but…”  Sound familiar?! Neurodiversity helps us to understand the lifelong brain differences that impact on the way some people experience the world and their working lives.

Using insights from research and practice in neurodiversity, this one-day Master Class in London with Sally Moore, Chartered Psychologist, gives you a rigorous, evidence-based approach to coaching some of the cleverest and most valuable people in business today.

Sally has 25+ years experience as an Applied Psychologist, Executive Coach and “people geek”.

A former NHS Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Sally specialised in Autism, Asperger’s and ADHD. She is the founding Director of Top Stream, a coaching and consultancy practice that uses insights from neurodiversity to help businesses get the best outcomes from brilliant minds.

Only 35 places are available so book now to avoid disappointment.

*EARLY BIRD OFFER. The first 10 people to book will gain a 30 min individual consultation with Sally Moore on the application of this learning to their own practice.

At the end of the day you will:

  • Understand neurodiversity with a focus on sub-clinical features of Asperger’s in the workplace.
  • Know the differences between Asperger’s, “supergeeks” and just plain clever.
  • Understand the experience of being “neurodiverse” in a “neurotypical” world.
  • Have ways to address the challenges of bringing neurodiversity to your client organisations.
  • Have considered the relevant professional, legal and ethical issues.
  • Have gained insights from research and practice in neurodiversity to use in coaching.
  • Have explored real case studies with like-minded professionals.
  • Reflected on ways to differentiate your coaching practice to get best outcomes.
  • Gain best practice tips and information resources not available elsewhere.

Top Stream

Top Stream works to get the best from brilliant minds in the workplace. These are the cleverest thinkers, the technical experts, the geeks and supergeeks who solve the most difficult problems. Through research, innovation and discovery, they come up with the ideas that can make or save millions.

Hired and valued for their brainpower, the technical and specialist capabilities of this “Top Stream” talent are often highly advanced compared to their commercial awareness and people skills. While crucial to success, they raise challenges that will be familiar to many employers and managers.

Top Stream applies the science of neurodiversity, the neuroscience of differently wired brains, to deliver evidence-based, rigorous and pragmatic ways for businesses to get the very best from the brilliant.
