Masterclass: Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are valuable assets for your business and it is important that you understand how these can be protected. This workshop aims to give an overview of what constitutes intellectual property, the legal frameworks that are in place, the threats from international markets and how you can protect your IPR overseas.
This very successful masterclass has been delivered to a wide range of stakeholders including SMEs, Business Link and UKTI advisers and a variety of professional bodies for more than 10 years. The masterclass aims to give participants a good overview of intellectual property and how it can impact on SMEs.
Facilitated by an Intellectual Property Office representative, this interactive workshop will see delegates working in small groups to discuss different scenarios relating to IP. Time will then be given over to a discussion of all scenarios and advice on best practice approaches.
