The course duration is normally around 7 weeks. You have 10 days to submit the first assessment, and the next assessment is due after another 21 days, and the same for the next assessment.

Do I get a certificate after completing the course?

Yes. This is a recognised qualification and you will receive a certificate through the post within 12 weeks of completing your qualification - make sure your address is up to date

I can't remember my password, can I reset this?

Yes. If you enter your email address and click reset password, you will receive an email with instructions on how to do this - the password reset link only last two hours - so be sure to reset straight away.
