How long does the course last?

The course duration is normally around 7 weeks. You have 10 days to submit the first assessment, and the next assessment is due after another 21 days, and the same for the next assessment.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist tutor who will be able to support you throughout your qualification. You will receive a welcome text with their contact details and they will make contact with you within 3 days of receiving this text message.

Do I get a certificate after completing the course?

Yes. This is a recognised qualification and you will receive a certificate through the post within 12 weeks of completing your qualification - make sure your address is up to date

I can't remember my password, can I reset this?
