With a master’s degree in food and nutrition from Delhi University and a passion for bold, unique flavours, Radhika brings her deep knowledge and vibrant energy to every class.

She has showcased her skills at major venues like London’s Trafalgar Square, the Great British Food Festival, and on screen in Amazon Prime’s The World Cook and Channel 4’s Double the Money. In this immersive, hands-on class, you'll learn how to prepare a delicious plant-based Sri Lankan feast from scratch, exploring traditional techniques and rich, aromatic spices.

We require a minimum of 14 days' notice for any cancellations or transfers once you have booked onto a class.
