Description

Design Thinking

This workshop will introduce participants to the basics of design thinking and design process in a fun and interactive session. In particular, Clare will help you understand your value-proposition from the perspective of your users. Delegates will explore design-thinking tools and work on their projects to get under the skin of their potential customers and understand their unspoken needs. We will explore your users’ journeys, making them into more desirable and more robust propositions that people will want to engage with.

Hosted by Clare Brass, Founder of Department 22
