This session is designed to illuminate the potency of CliftonStrengths as a strengths inventory. It offers coaches working with individuals or teams a powerful lens to appreciate what is unique about them and help them explore how they can use their signature strengths to thrive at work and everywhere else!

Helen will share insights on applying strengths with individuals and teams. This will include tips on how to facilitate a CliftonStrengths feedback session with an individual and a team and, strengths boosting strategies. There will also be an opportunity to reflect on your strengths and how they help give you an edge as a Mastered Business Coach.
