About this event

This three-week, free, online mastercourse is delivered in partnership with Celonis, a market leader in Executive Management Technology with customers like Unilever, Coca Cola or BMW. Celonis uses Process Mining technology as well as different artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities to reveal insights into what is happening in an organization and to provide direct recommendations for better business management.

In this Mastercourse you will learn about trends in Digital Transformation and Data Driven Management and how process-oriented data science can facilitate an analytical data-driven viewpoint. You will also gain business user skills the Celonis software and how to use it in a management and management consulting context.

Content Overview ( approx... 4-5h per week):

• Week 1: Kick-Off Workshop (live); Welcome from the Leeds Institute for Data Analytics. Start of Online Training with Theory Introduction to Process Mining and Celonis Software Training

• Week 2: Online Learning: Celonis Software Training; Introduction to Business Case “Pizzeria Mamma Mia” (online); Examples from Leeds “Process Mining in Healthcare with Owen Johnson, LIDA”

• Week 3: Online Learning: Deadline for Business Case Pizzeria Mamma Mia (online), Process Mining and Prediction; Special Workshop on “Careers in Process Mining with Nicholas Day, Senior Solution Engineer at Celonis & Leeds Alumni”

The Mastercourse will start on 12 July and participants are welcome to study at their own pace! A certificate will be awarded to successful candidates at the end of the 3 weeks! Do pass on to others you think might be interested.
