About Your Facilitator
This workshop is led by Dr. Sadaf Akhtar, lead consultant and practitioner at WellQo Ltd. Sadaf brings over a decade of experience in health and wellbeing consultancy, combining traditional and complementary therapies with scientific expertise.
She holds a PhD in Health Sciences focusing on mental wellbeing, and certifications in EFT, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Relaxation Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Additionally, Sadaf has degrees in Sociology with Psychology, a Master’s in Social Research, and qualifications as a teacher and nutritional therapist.
