  • Malou Kroezen is the Director of the Erasmus Centre for Energy Transition (ECET) at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR), driven to grow the talent in the energy transition. There, she leverages her skills in learning development, stakeholder management, business development and eco-system innovation and an entrepreneurial, can-do mindset to design and deliver innovative and impactful initiatives for the energy transition.


  • Giorgi Dundua is Instructional Designer working at the intersections of cognitive science, technology and innovation culture. Currently, Giorgi is leading the Energy Transition Portfolio at RSM and helps professionals develop competences for driving the energy transition in their companies, industry and on larger scales. Previously he worked in a wide array of roles in learning design, product development and consulting with a focus on sustainability.
