Hannah will be running a course aimed to improve your posture, reawaken dormant muscles and energise you.
'This course is designed to help you progress, very much like one of our retreats, just stretched out over a six week period!'
Each class will be based on a skill of the week, from balancing to locomotion, lifting to running to name but a few. We will begin with joint mobility (because let's face it none of us mobilise enough or really know how), this will be followed by an in-depth breakdown of that week's focus and a boost to finish so that you leave feeling energised for the week ahead. At the end of each session, you will be given a basic program throughout the week until the next class.
During the first and final sessions participants will complete individual assessments gives Hannah and yourself a chance to gauge how you have improved over the course. Once the course is completed you will receive a personalised email with an in-depth comparison of before and after assessments and areas that may still need to be worked on and outline ways of doing so. Some of the skills you will have been taught are very transferable and can be done in the comfort of your own living room.
