Description

The course aims to explore issues such as feminism, queerness, womanhood, censorship and the representations of race and sexuality within film and media. Participants will gain insight into key themes within feminist studies and will review and analyse media examples. Course examples will draw from film, photography, television and archival material in order to address the body, gender politics and erotic desire through an intersectional lens.
