Description

Please join us and colleagues from across the region at the ninth Local Learning System on 14 October 2020. Our learning system is an opportunity to interact and discuss with colleagues working to improve maternal and neonatal care across the local maternity systems, and a forum for local improvement to thrive.

Our aim in the local learning system is to inspire your improvement projects, act as an encouragement network learning and sharing from each other, and give you all the tools you need to go back to the shop floor and make that improvement project happen.

Our Local Learning System is part of the three year National Maternal and Neonatal Safety Improvement Programme, whose mission is to create and embed the conditions for all staff to improve the safety and outcomes of maternal and neonatal care by reducing unwarranted variation and provide high quality healthcare experience for all women, babies, and families across England.

We would like to invite representation from across the maternity and neonatal workforce particularly frontline doctors, midwives, nurses, support workers, as well as commissioners, and women and their families.

As discussed at our last event please bring a "plus one" -- a colleague not familiar with QI or MatNeoQI collaborative to encourage education, information sharing and encouragement.

This event is open to all across the West of England region and Somerset including services in Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Swindon, Gloucester, Stroud, Cheltenham, Bath, Wiltshire, Taunton, Yeovil.
