Are you responsible for leading mathematics across your school but feel more confident supporting KS1 and KS2 teachers? Do you find it challenging to identify the mathematics occurring in the EYFS? Join us for this two-part webinar designed to enhance your knowledge and understanding of early years mathematics. Discover how to recognise and support mathematical development in EYFS and make meaningful connections to the maths taught in later stages.

Part 1 – Thursday 12th June 2025, 3:45pm – 4:45pm

During session 1 will explore what the EYFS maths framework is and look at what effective provision looks like.

Part 2 – Thursday 10th July 2025, 3:45pm – 4:45pm

In session 2 we will highlight the differences between adult and child-initiated learning, look at what makes effective teaching and learning, what assessment involves and different ways to best support children as they transition to Year 1.
