Maths Hub - Mastery Theory & Practice

This practical and hands-on session will cover mastery theory and practice.
By the end of the day you will:
- have a clear understanding of what mastery is
- know the key aspects of mastery & how they can impact on learning
- be up to date with the latest developments in mathematics teaching
- be signposted toward sources of further support
- have some ideas to take back into your classroom to try
This half day training is provided by Claire Duncan & Helen Hackett, who are both maths leaders, AHTs, SLEs, MaSTs, PD Leads, Mastery Specialists and representatives of the Central Maths Hub.

Please note: The Gateway Alliance Maths subject leader development meetings will follow on from these sessions, starting at 1:30pm.
Cost: £15 per person (lunch will be provided for those staying for the full day)
