About this Event

For children 4 - 12. Join Maths on Toast to finish the year with this festive game. Make a circle snowman or snowwoman tree decoration and create a wintery scene with numbered snowflakes to make them happy. Our aim will be to save them from melting! This game will be played with dice (we can show you how to make them if you don't have any!) Join us and find out how to play!

For this session you’ll need:

• Different coloured pieces of paper and / or colouring pens, pencils or crayons

• Some circular objects to draw around (not too big)

• Scissors

• Glue

• Colouring pens, pencils or crayons

• 2 dice or 2 dice nets

• counters (or we will use bits of paper to make our own)

• LED / battery operated tealight (optional)

When you book, you will receive confirmation. The link to join the event will be emailed about an hour before the event starts. It will be delivered on a video conferencing service. To ensure our email is not blocked by your email account, please add 'LibraryEvents@brent.gov.uk' to your address book.

Once you've joined our session, you could always make your own snow games. Don't forget to share your photos on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram – just tag @mathsontoast

Help us run more events! Please book one ticket for each person in your group - eg. 2 children, 1 adult = 3 tickets. This helps us to have a clear picture of how many people are attending for future event planning - many thanks!

Please note that these events are for children and no adults on their own will be admitted. There will be a waiting room for admittance. Microphones will be muted but attendees will have a chance to ask questions. Viewers will only see the event artist but are requested to keep their cameras on.

Please join promptly – this event will start on time and late-comers will not be admitted. This is due to safeguarding polices for events aimed at children, young people and families.

Thanks for joining us.
