Last year Scott became Chief Executive of the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP), after 3 years as Executive Chairman and is responsible for further qualifications, framework and standards development in other areas of the UK plus the development of IEP services internationally. Scott is a member of the matrix Executive Steering Group that’s recently been formed.

David has been a matrix Practitioner for 17 years and previously worked as an Executive at Royal Mail. During his career David had Board responsibilities for Quality Strategy, Human Resources and Vehicle Operations. David is currently Chair of the Corporation at Hugh Baird College located in Bootle, part of the Liverpool City Region.

This is an introductory session to learn more about how your organisation can gain matrix Standard accreditation, to improve outcomes and the quality of Information, Advice and Guidance across education, employability and training services.

You will gain an overview of the framework, the assessment journey, support available and help you think about the next steps for your own organisation.
