Matt Osborne cooking at 161 Food + Drink

This December, we are welcoming our very good friend chef Matt Osborne for a series of 3 special dinners at 161 Food + Drink.
Matt the former Head Chef at Toasted in East Dulwich; whose background includes stints at the Ledbury in Notting Hill, Terroirs in Covent Garden and Taxi in Melbourne will be showcasing his passion for using the best of local British produce.
Produce will be sourced from Matt’s favourite suppliers across the British Isles and feature dishes such as Cornish Monkfish in a Dashi broth, Mussels with XO sauce and Dry aged beef and black sesame.
Complemented by a selection of natural wines, the dining experience will run on Tuesday the 6th, 13th & 20th December only.
The 4 course meal will be £42 p/p (excluding drinks).
