SESSION: Kids training

WARM UP: group warm up included

Meet: 6:15pm outside the Ladybrook pub, Fir Road

H&S

• run socially distanced according to the latest Gov guidance at all times
• please be courteous to other people, give way where possible
• no person-to-person contact i.e. hugs, pats, etc (as much as we all want to).
• no club vests (just for now, until things go back to normal)
• after the session, no hanging around. Please head straight home!
• if you feel unwell, please do not attend. Cancel your booking to give the slot to someone else and stay at home - look after yourself.
