Matthew Schellhorn in recital

A leading performer for over twenty years, Matthew Schellhorn regularly appears at major venues and festivals and has recorded numerous critically acclaimed albums. His latest commercial release on Naxos was praised by Gramophone as “superbly performed” – spending five weeks in the Official Classical Charts, it received a Presto Classical Editors' Choice. He has given over 140 premieres and collaborated with leading orchestras and quartets.

This evening's recital includes works by Beethoven, Liszt and Chopin, and showcases Gershwin's 1920s masterpiece Rhapsody in Blue.

This recital is supported by the St John Fellowship with all proceeds in aid of St John Ambulance.

Tickets include a glass of wine and light refreshments.
